When I look back on the first time I came into your therapy room I remember your quiet gentle approach. I was very nervous but you made me very welcome and at ease. As time went on I found myself being easily able to open up to you and talk to you about stuff I never mentioned to anybody else. You gave me tools and techniques to continue my self help with my issues. Thank you Ian for being there for me.
The counselling sessions with Ian have really turned my life around. I had previously had counselling but did not feel that I benefited from it as I did not feel comfortable with the sessions. I felt I did not learn anything which would help me with problem areas in my life.
The difference with Ian is that he really made me feel at ease and not only listened but taught me useful techniques to apply to every day situations. Furthermore he taught me to be a calmer person by teaching me to meditate, breathing techniques to calm my anxiety on a daily basis. Six months ago, I was very depressed but I can honestly say that this is no longer the case. I am very grateful to Ian for his help! Thank You.
